This chapter is intended for program and project managers and other collegues who want to put information on the WWW server. In this section we will refer to the persons, mentioned in the Introduction (1) who are responsible for the RGD WWW server: the webmaster, webdesigner and web editor-in-chief (who has final responsibility). They will be abreviated hereafter, respectively, as: webmaster, webdesigner and webeditor.
In the next sections these persons will have their e-mail addresses in parentheses as a mailto hyperlink. Thus you can easily send an e-mail to this person.
1 Formal authorization and responsibility of the pages
The formal authorization of the Home Page
(http://www.rgd.nl)
and other pages of the RGD World Wide Web
server has been formally delegated by the
(management@rgd.nl)
to
G.N. Simons (g.n.simons@rgd.nl).
He, subsequently, delegated responsibility to the
editor-in-chief (webeditor@rgd.nl),
a function fulfilled by L.C. Apon
(l.c.apon@rgd.nl) and
S.Rozeboom
(s.rozeboom@rgd.nl).
If a user want to put or change information on the RGD World Wide Web server, one has to adhere to the procedure, as described in the next section, Formal procedure for delivering pages (2.2). Please study this carefully!
Material that has not been delivered accorded to this procedure, will not
be processed. This means: deleted! At the most, the user will receive
an e-mail referring to this page
