The RGD uses so called functional e-mail addresses with regard to administration of the WWW server. Naturally, real persons are tied to these e-mail addresses, who have their own e-mail addresses, and fulfill a certain function at this moment. You should always use the functional addresses.
Apart from a webmaster address, there are also addresses for the designer and editor-in-chief of the pages of the RGD WWW server. Below you will find the current employees who take care of the functions (Current):
Function E-mail Current e-mail Current URL Webmaster webmaster@rgd.nl a.h.recourt@rgd.nl - Ontwerper webdesigner@rgd.nl j.a.m.bruinenberg@rgd.nl - Editor-in-chief webeditor@rgd.nl l.c.apon@rgd.nl -
As said above, however, feedback should always be sent to the webmaster. The webmaster will relay the message to the appropiate person.
In the next chapter, Guidelines for delivering pages (2), we will describe in detail the procedure that has to be followed when making, testing, moving, and deleting pages. In that procedure we will refer to the functions mentioned above and their formal roles.
