Section 1.4 - Responsible persons

The RGD uses so called functional e-mail addresses with regard to SURFnet relations. Naturally, real persons are tied to these e-mail addresses, who have their own e-mail addresses, and fulfill a certain function at this moment. You should always use the functional addresses.
Apart from an ICP address, there are also addresses for the following contactpersons, as described in the ICP procedure handbook in the chapter on SURFnet contactpersonen.
The RGD X.500 directory manager can be contacted via directory-manager@rgd.nl.
